Lucas wrote his own knock knock joke for his sports-hating daddy. (We've talked several times about how I like playing sports, but watching them -- and especially talking about them -- is something I just don't get.)
L: Knock knock
D: Who's there?
L: Sports
D: Sports who?
L: Sorry to make you talk about sports!
We all cracked up. As far as we can tell he really got the joke he was making, and he didn't hear it from anyone else. (The most similar knock knock joke we've told him is the one that goes "Boo" "Boo who?" "Sorry to make you cry!")
