Son of Foodies

We're having grownup dinner after Lucas goes to bed tomorrow (Valentine's Day).

D: What would you like for dinner tomorrow, Luke?

L: Hmmm....

D: Pizza?

L: Yeah! PIZZA! (thinks for a minute) Actually, could I have papillote?

D: Salmon en papillote?

L: Yeah! Papillote!

That's our boy -- he even pronounced it with an excellent French accent. Later he decided pizza would be okay, because it's lobster pizza (the recipe is from Biba, our favorite Boston restaurant about 15 years ago).
