- Pick me UP!
- Mama next to you? (Mama, will you sit next to me in the car?)
- Mama/Dada nap? (Who's going to put me to bed tonight?)
- Ouchie gooey! [This version of "ouch" came from Ali at daycare and causes lots of giggles.]
- GET ME!
- CHASE ME!
- I want it! What is it??
- He answers nearly every question affirmatively, then follows with a negative, e.g. "Lucas, do you know what kind of bird that is?" "Yes!" "What kind?" "I don't know."
- Eat it?
- What you want? (this is part of the restaurant game, typically answer by parents with "two eggs and a coffee.")
- Two and a quarter. (When he was that old, dada taught him to say it. Now it's an all purpose number, often a denomination of money - -pretend restaurant bills, for example, are usually two and a quarter.)

Lucas-speak
