Foods that make you grow

In the middle of the night Luke called out that his foot hurt. Once he calmed down I tried to change the subject to calm him down:

D: You've gotten so big, Lucas! How did you get so big?
L: [smiling] I ate a lot of spinach.
D: Ha ha, that's right Lucas, we've been getting lots of spinach and it makes you strong. [Luke and I buy two bags of spinach every saturday at the farmer's market, though he doesn't eat that much himself...]
L: And Sarah's casserole! With chickpeas. [Our awesome friend Sarah made us a couple of casseroles a few weeks ago during a busy period. One had hominy that initially looked like chickpeas; the idea that it had "chickpeas" stuck for Lucas.]
D: Yeah, Sarah made us some tasty and healthy casseroles.
L: They're really yummy. Can we get the ingredients [i.e., recipe]?
