We heard more about Aia tonight. As background, Luke and Daddy ran around in the pouring rain today and floated "boats" (pieces of paper) in the raging stream on the street, but we had to go inside after we heard thunder.
L: Aia was out in the thunder and she was in the lightning. It made her hot. It made her burn! She was on fire! She didn't go to the hospital though.
D: Remind me where Aia is from again?
L: Alabamo -- Alabama. I saw Aia at Old Town. She was getting a bagel sandwich. I got a bagel sandwich too, with bacon. I love bacon! I saw Patrick too. He was getting a bagel sandwich. I saw Ali there. She was getting a bagel sandwich. I saw Ben at Old Town. He was getting a bagel sandwich.
D: Do your friends from the Big House know Aia?
L: No.
D: That's interesting. [pause] Wait a minute! Old Town doesn't sell bagel sandwiches! That's Zingerman's that sells bagel sandwiches! That was a pretend story! It wasn't real!
L: [Big smile.] Again!

I'm guessing Aia is one of Megan's sisters, children, or grandchildren.
Poor Aia: first she cuts herself with a knife and gets a bad boo-boo, and now she gets struck by lightening and is on fire.
She needs to be more careful!
