This is one of Lucas's favorite phrases right now; it means, "I haven't seen that/done that/been there in a long time!" He especially applies it to books. Morris the Moose came up last night during storytime and he exclaimed, "long time!" This afternoon at daycare we discussed the zoo: "Long time!" Yesterday we pulled his stuffed shark out of storage: "Long time!"
He is 2 1/2 and he already gets nostalgic.
